Monaghan Media is an Independent
film company in Manchester, England founded in 2008 by director J.C Monaghan, and joined in 2009 by writer/producer Warren Joule. We frequently work with writer/director Saf Akhtar.
We are a new, young production company, and with combined experience in film, web and television production, we bring our own unique talents to every project we undertake.
Monaghan Media is always an incredibly busy and bustling place to be, brimming with creativity and fantastic ideas.We've experience in film, TV, corporate & promotional media, WebTV, stills photography, digital installations, graphic design, VFX, radio production, and a whole host of other areas.Here at Monaghan Media, we take a lot of time to look at the
implications of our actions as a company upon others, taking time out
from the hustle and bustle of work to contemplate the philosophical
motivation behind the projects and journeys we endeavour to undertake.
We try and be nice as often as possible, on a social level, a
professional level, and a global level. We can often be found writing
articles for print or publication online about various aspects of the
world that interest us personally, or professionally, or both.
We like music too, often Hollywood soundtracks can be heard from the
in the office: Hans Zimmer, Steve Jablonsky, Geoff Zanelli and
James Horner are among our favourites. We claim this boosts
productivity, but secretly we all know it's because it makes our
